Tsudoo, a group app for classes, courses and circles that members join with their LINE account, is now available

Tsudoo

LIFE SCAPE, K.K. (head office: Chuo City, Tokyo; representative director: Hisashi Hirajo) released the iPhone and Android apps of Tsudoo, a group app that works with LINE, on September 24, 2026.

Together with the web version offered until now, the same group can be used in a computer browser or in the smartphone apps.

Tsudoo is built for communities in which an organizer brings students or members together, such as classes, courses, online salons and circles. Announcements, plans, chat, photos and video are kept in one place.

The apps are available on the App Store and Google Play, and the web version at https://tsudoo.com, free of charge.

Members join with their LINE account

Pressing "Log in with LINE" is all it takes to join. There is no new ID or password to create.

Asking students and members to create an account for a new app is the first hurdle for an organizer. Because they can join with the LINE account they already use every day, invited members do not get lost on the way in.

Registration by email address and Sign in with Apple are also available.

Messages, plans, photos and video in one place

Announcements that should not scroll away, such as notices about assignments or reviews, can be pinned to the top of the feed.

Plans are gathered in a calendar, and the date, place and attendance can be checked for each one.

Photos and video stay inside the group, so students and members who join later can see the record so far as it is.

Chat inside the group

Small exchanges, such as letting others know about being late or absent, take place in chat. Even with several groups for different classes or courses, new activity can be checked together on one screen.

Posted video is transcribed automatically

When transcription is turned on in the group settings, the audio of video posted from then on is turned into text, separated by speaker.

Students and members who missed a lesson or course can catch up by reading what was said.

On a computer or a smartphone

The web version opens in the browser on a computer or a smartphone and can be used without installing an app.

An organizer can prepare announcements and plans on the large screen of a computer, while students and members receive them in the smartphone app.

Whichever is used to post, the same group is updated as it is.

Only members can see the group

Posts, photos and video cannot be viewed by anyone outside the group. Knowing the URL is not enough to open them.

A sharing URL can also be issued for a single post, and it can be stopped at any time.

Run by a Japanese company under Japanese law

The service runs on servers in Japan, with backups taken every day. The terms of service are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of jurisdiction.

Member lists and photos are never provided or sold to outside companies, and old photos and video are never deleted automatically to save storage.

Pricing

Creating groups, adding members and storing photos are free, with no limit on the number of members or groups.

Videos shorter than three minutes can be stored without limit, and videos of three minutes or longer are free up to a total of 30 hours. Only groups that store more than that sign up for the video storage plan, at ¥525 per group per month, including tax. No advertising is shown.
