Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using the software products (the "Products") provided by LIFESCAPE Co.,Ltd. ("we", "us"). By installing or using a Product, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you the right to use the Products. Ownership and all intellectual property rights in the Products remain with us and are not transferred to you.
2. License keys
A license key is for the use of the customer who purchased it. You may use it on the machines you own or control.
3. What you may not do
When using the Products, please do not:
- transfer, lend or publish your license key to anyone else
- copy the Products in order to redistribute, sell or lend them
- decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Products
- circumvent or disable the license check
- use the Products for any unlawful purpose
4. Free trial and free version
Each Product includes a 14 day free trial that starts at first launch. All features are available during the trial.
After the trial ends, the Product keeps working as a free version. The free version applies the paid features and quantity limits described on the product page.
5. Fees and renewal
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, which stops all charges from the next renewal onward.
A one-time license key stays valid forever within the major version series you bought. Upgrades to a new major version are offered at a reduced price.
6. Updates and support
We may release updates that improve the Products or fix defects. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not warrant that the Products are fit for any particular purpose or that they will run without interruption.
Our liability for any damage arising from your use of the Products is limited to the amount you paid us during the preceding 12 months. This limit does not apply in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms take effect once published on our website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute concerning the Products.
