None. Any internet connection charges are borne by the customer.

Credit card and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never hold your card details.
- Payment timing
One-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase. Monthly and yearly plans are charged at purchase and on each renewal date.
- Delivery
Your license key is emailed immediately after payment completes. The software itself can be downloaded from the product site at any time.
- Returns and cancellation
Because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds after purchase. A 14 day free trial is available so that you can decide before buying.
If a product does not work because of a defect on our side, we will handle it individually. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time, which stops all charges from the next renewal onward.
